[gui-talk] Creating a new folder in windows

Thanks for the shortcut; I'm always looking for those.  As for the long way,
the new folder is now under the Home tab instead of the File Tab.  As for
the Backstage View, you can disable that under options, Alt F T, and then go
to the "Save Tab."  If you didn't want to disable the Backstage View, simply
press Control F12 for the "Open Dialogue Box."  Good luck.

There is a fancy shortcut for creating a folder. Just press Alt+2.
