[gui-talk] turning off narrator

Hi Lloyd,

On a desktop, it's Windows, Enter. To go to the "Narrator" settings: 

1. Press Windows, I for "Settings."
2. Press Enter on "Ease of Access."
3. "Narrator" is the first setting. When you press Up Arrow, it is checked.
When you press Down Arrow, it isn't.

If Narrator is running, capslock, Escape is supposed to shut it off. It has
a setting somewhere to determine whether you want it to run at startup; I
don't know where that is.

www.nvaccess.org
It is free and works very well, just ask around the list.
