If you are running versions of Windows before version 10, it's
Windows-Enter.  If running Windows 10, it's Windows-Ctrl-Enter.

't know how to exit narrator. 
Get the free screen reader from NVDA from:
www.nvaccess.org
It is free and works very well, just ask around the list.
