[gui-talk] moving to apple

Hey, not to mention which, you can do an OS reinstall fully without sighted assistance should the need arise.  You can’t do that with windows.  Yeah, there are third party solutions which kind of get around that, but, their success is predicated on so much working correctly.  None of that mess with the Mac!!!
