[gui-talk] if there are problems with this message

Hello all:

 

I am using Microsoft outlook. When a new message comes in, I get "if you are
having problems reading this message, read it in a web browser. Sometimes, I
don't open the message right away. In this case, about every 15 to 20
minutes, I get the same prompt. Is there a way to get rid of this?
