[gui-talk] jaws updates

If you still have Jaws sixteen on your system, when Freedom scientific
releases an update for Jaws sixteen you will be notified. There was recently
an update.

I keep getting a pop up that shows there is a jaws update. However, it shows
an update with jaws 16. Why would there be an update for jaws 16 if I'm
running Jaws 17?
