Try pressing insert v & see if reading the headers is checked. If it isn't
checked, check it. This should work.

Hi, listers:

When I go into Outlook, it's not reading the email headers to me. I tried
reading the email in other folders and it won't read the headers for them
either. I have reloaded Outlook and Jaws but with no results.

Sometimes I can read email if I can get something to open. Ideas? Thanks!

Susan
