It is important to understand what program you are using. This is not a
Windows 10 issue. If, for example, you upgraded to Outlook 2016 (I use the
term "upgraded" advisedly), then the procedure for opening attachments has
changed. But again, I emphasize that this is not a Windows 10 issue.
