[gui-talk] Innoetics Text to Speech

[David Goldfield]

I just found out about this speech synthesizer, which promises Sapi5 
support. This means that it should work with any of today's Windows 
screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA. Has anybody used this? I'm 
curious as to its performance.
