[gui-talk] Pac Mate Program for universal infrared remote

It so happens I have a working Pac Mate QX 20.  Sometime ago I heard 
that there was a program available for the Pac Mate which would enable 
it to act as a universal remote control through its infrared port.  I've 
checked the Freedom Scientific Pac Mate pages...some of which no longer 
work,  and talked to two people with Freedom Scientific Technical 
Support, but can't find this program.

Would anyone know where I might still be able to find this program?  I 
was thinking that if I could use my Pac Mate as a universal remote for 
my FM receiver and other gear that I at last might have found a use for 
this Pac Mate.
