[gui-talk] windows 10 and internet explorer question

Hi all,

I work at the Hadley Institute, formerly called the Hadley School, and I've been asked to create a FAQ regarding our online braille simulator.
One of the questions is where to find Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and how to create a desktop item.
I can do this in Windows 7 but Hadley has not upgraded to Windows 10 yet.
Using Google I've found how to, in Windows 10, find IE and pin it to the Start menu, rather than to the desktop, but only the sighted way.
Do any Windows 10 users know how to do this using a screen reader and the keyboard?

Thanks

Sincerely,

Allen Maynard
