[gui-talk] JAWS repeating

JAWS has recently begun repeating words and even entire lines numerous times, at random, where the repetitions do not appear in the actual writing.  This happens most frequently in Word, PDFs, and Outlook, but it has also happened on websites.  This only started after IT changed my accompanying magnification program from MAGic to ZoomText, and my version of Word / Outlook to 2013 (2010, previous to this change), due to conflicts in the network environment for my assistive technology that they have been unable to resolve for the last 6 years.

I have the latest version of JAWS 16 / professional, running on a Windows 7 environment.  The version of internet explorer is IE 11, and PDFs run through Adobe Pro.  Any ideas what is causing this annoying feature?
