[gui-talk] smart card reader

I saw a Smart Card Reader on Amazon.  Interesting, I wonder if that would
work.  Since I'm the president of our condo association, we're still using
quarters. <grin>

This is a hard one, because it is probably a closed system.  You 
might be able to use the KNFB Reader to OCR the screens, but this 
might or might not work, and might not be available to you.

As this sort of stuff moves into the cloud, speech-enabling might get 
easier, like with Comcast's X3 system.

Another thing to look into is to see if the system has a iOS or 
Android app that can control it.  One of these might be more accessible.
