I assume you mean Office 365.  If you are using Office 2007 or 2010, you can probably make the adjustment easily as long as they are installing Office 2013 as part of your Office 365 installation.  As I understand 
it, that is usually what is done and is what happened with my employer.  You can work with web-based software or with the Office 2013 programs on your computer.  There are some 
keystrokes that are not as convenient and the spell-checker doesn't have as many shortcut keys which is a bit of a pain, but overall it is accessible.
