[gui-talk] can no longer get sound and speech on my computer

Hi, folks.

I was working on my PC when I think I inadvertently hit a key on the keyboard, and it must have muted the sound. I have restarted it several times, and can tell that Windows is running, and the speaker is working all right. I think when I accidentally knocked that key, I somehow muted the sound. Does anybody have any ideas on how I can get it back" thanks.
