Here's a page from Mozilla that covers navigation for the browser 
Firefox and the email program Thunderbird.

You'll notice that it's classed as an out of date page, but the key 
strokes haven't changed.

As for letting the browser remember your passwords, it's sort of OK for 
some of your non important log-in sites, but the passwords aren't stored 
in a fully encrypted manner for security, so don't use it for your 
banking or any other sites where you enter personal info.

I don't know how well this will work for you, but here's a page that's 
loaded with tables that compare most all the common browsers navigation
