NOTE: Their offices are in the Philapines, but most of the customer service
staff's English is pretty good. If you can't understand them, just ask them
nicely to talk slower. They are very patient. I'm really amazed that a
person thousands of miles away can remotely get on my computer & look at the
issue that I'm having problems with.
