Greetings:

You need to be running JAWS 16 or 17 before attempting to upgrade to Windows
10. Prior versions are regarded as not compatible with Windows 10. I am
using JAWS 17 and Windows 10, and although there are a few bumps in the
road, nothing is insurmountable.

Freedom Scientific gives you a path to upgrade. Read carefully.
