[gui-talk] identifying a speech synthesizer

Lloyd,

Didn't some of the old Votrax synthesizers use another chip?  I'm thinking of the old Votrax Personal Speech 
System which I used for a while in the 1980's.  This reminded me of that synthesizer.  I remember that Votrax did 
have a board that used the SSI263 chip as well.
