[gui-talk] question abougt an item just seen

Hi well for one thing you can record notes and even record meetings.  when 
storing files on it you don't have to create that extra file MP3 plus sign 
podcasts.  also depending on the SD card you use you can put twice maybe as 
much as 4 or 8 times the music/books, on it.  also it handles other types of 
books.  the audio vision and other things.  the manual is built right in. 
as mentioned my friends who have them love it.  we might be looking for a 
new secretary in our chapter if I'm reading what happened in our last 
meeting and a victor would be great.  that older version really had a great 
mic in it.  I think with the newer one you also can hear wht is being 
recorded as you record.  if they got some of the audio issues licked that 
are discribed in the braille monitor review with this updated firmware it 
should be great.  I maybe will get one since my USB drive for my NLS player 
has vanished.  disappeared while I was at state convention and my room was 
being cleaned.

Hi lists, ken here.  didn?t read the item but on today?s blind bargains. 
there is an item ?get access to wikipedia and internet radio stations with 
the victor reader stream 4.3.  am curious first is this a whole new unit or 
is it a software upgrade?  and second of all in the braille monitor in the 
review of the new victor, the reviewer said that there were some bugs in the 
recording feature.  if for example you recorded a meeting I think he had 
said the microphone wasn?t as good and I think he had said there was a tone 
on the recording.  have these and other bugs been fixed?  have been giving 
thought to getting one everyone I know who has one loves it.  thanks.
