[gui-talk] my computer keeps updating while on web sites

Hello a. My computer keeps updating while I am on many web sites.Jaws eeps saying “frame updated.” Is there a setting I need to change. 

Also when I turn my computer on every day, I get a message before anything comes up that says “check your cables.” Also, this computer shuts down if it is inactive for 15 minutes. 

Can anyone help me with any of these situations?
