Have you tried using the JAWS OCR and the JAWS cursor to find what to click?

Hello all. In the past three or four days, when I pull up a web site, I am
getting a promt that says jss stickit and it is telling me to update
something. I think it is adobe. For whatever reason, I am unable to install
the update. 

Can someone help me with this?

FYI: If everyone has forgotten, I am using a laptop computer with t
touchscreen with a desktop computer. I am using windows eight with jaws 13.
