[gui-talk] computer displaying the wrong time

I appreciate the suggestion, but there doesn't seem to be an additional tab 
in Windows XP.

In Win 7 in the date and time setting, there is a tab to show an additional
clock. I do not know if this is an option in XP Pro or not. but check and
see, possiblely there is an additional clock showing set to  a different
time zone.
