You're being way, way, way too vague.

What state are the messages in your outbox in? Can you send a new message to
the same account those "stuck" messages are being sent to? If you put
yourself in the CC or BCC fields of those messages, do *you* get them? If
you look at the "details" report in the notification that the messages are
still sending, what's the error?

Generic "what's wrong?" messages don't help us all that much since each
person's computer setup is different. Example: I'm writing this using OE
2010 and have no trouble. What version of screen-reader? What windows
version? And so on.
