[gui-talk] Ascertaining Free Disk Space in Windows Server 2008 R2from the Command Line

The DIR command should work as it always has in DOS and earlier versions of 
Windows.  I'm sure there is also a way to programmatically get this 
information.  In VB Script it should be part of the file system object.
