I usually ask those that count to copy and paste their attachment info in the email they send or delete it.  Most of them aren't worth the trouble or are viruses.  

I had a friend that built computers, and he used to make a separate Qualcom/Eudora/attachment folder in the start menue, but I never thought to ask him how he did that.  Now it is too late to ask.
