[gui-talk] new windows mobile phones

It is clear from Microsoft's actions in this area, that they have no interest whatsoever in making Windows phones accessible to theblind. They simply are not putting any resources in that direction. The only smart phones a  blind person can use our the iPhone and, to some extent, android phones.
