[gui-talk] Uninstalling Internet explorer 9 with Windows 7

go to programs and features in the control panel. Now tab to view 
installed updates and hit enter.  Now hit the letter w and it should 
take you to the IE 9 entry.  Hit enter and follow the prompts.
