[gui-talk] effective antispyware program

What program do you find most Jaws-friendly for getting rid of Spyware? I am 
using Superantispyware, but it doesn't work as well with Jaws as it used to. 
Any suggestions? I am running windows XP and Jaws 10 with I.E. 8. I am also 
using Microsoft Security Essentials. Thanks much.
