[gui-talk] losing speech.

Does anyone know why my speech keeps quitting on me during reading?
Sometime, when I arrow up or down speech just stops. 
 
I'm using at&t natural speaking voices . Running xp home 32 bitts. Voices
won't work on 64 bitts. 
 
I have to reboot the computer in order to get speech back. 
 
You can imagine the frustration to be reading something on the webb and lose
speech.
