Hi, I'm using Outlook 2003 with Windows seven.  When trying to close
Outlook, I first tried to use the alt f4 keys but it still runs in the
background.  As per a suggestion on another list, instead of doing that, I
arrowed down in the program to exit.  Again, it closes but still runs in the
background.

Any suggestions as to how to really shut down the program?
