[gui-talk] java diagnostics question

Does a website exist which can be used preferably at oracle.com that will 
check out the installations of java runtime environments and java 
development kit if any instances of jdk are found on a machine and tell 
the user either that their java resources are corrupted and which need 
reinstallation or that their java resources are not corrupted?  Something 
authoritative like this would help people working on computer networks 
others control.
