[gui-talk] Question on Microsoft Outlook

Html messages simply don't display well in Outlook.  It is my understanding
that not only blind users find this frustrating.  To display these messages
in the browser in Outlook 2010, press alt+h, a, v.  JFW13 has a special
keystroke to do this but I don't know it.

I, too, am having a problem with Outlook. 

Things seem to want to open  in columns and rows rather than just a page of
text that I can read.  Many of my e-mails don't open this way, but a lot of
them do, and I'm thinking I need to change something in either JAWS or
Outlook.  

Can anyone tell me what I need to change and where to find it?

I have Microsoft Outlook on one of my machines but don't want it to be my
default E-Mail program.  In options in the "other" tab I unchecked the
preference so that Outlook isn't my default E-Mail program but still it
comes up when I click on a link on a webpage to sendmail.  What am I doing
wrong?
  I'm sure it is one of those settings that is buried deep in some rarely
accessed menu.  Any information on fixing this would be appreciated.
