[gui-talk] discriminating

Hey folks who responded earlier--this topic probably should not be in
this thread--sorry, I'll only post this and be done.

While I agree it's not a critical discrimination event, e.g. won't lose
my job, but I could lose ability to save money which in essence is
unfair advantage for others. If they required people to be over six
feet tall to see the "specials", folks would notice pretty quickly the
problem. I doubt this was intentionally discriminatory, but frankly as
a nationwide chain implementing policy like this, the impact is
discriminatory either way. would you accept a sale for people who could
pick out the ticket with the word blue on it to get in to a movie for
free--you couldn't so couldn't win without assistance. I suppose
scratch off lotto is similarly discriminatory, but for some reason
doesn't seem quite so specifically discriminatory. this one requires
vision in both eyes to win. OK, no more from me on this one as it isn't
really on-topic for "GUI".
