Before you uninstall, begin the installation again and choose the repair
option.  If that does not work, call user support 727-803-8600.

Your key will work if you uninstall and re-install.

Hi gui talk. I made a change in Jaws and I don't know wear I did it at. 
However, here is what happens. When I am reading a book, it reads normal but
it says the words rong. For example, it says addressee addr. However when I
go word by word, it says addressee. All of the cairactors are there. So I'm
also wondering will my key still work if I un-install Jaws? Will I still
have the full version or will my key no longer work.
