[gui-talk] TaxAct mostly works wewll

Today's story that the Federal government is attempting to stop the
purchase of the TaxAct software to eliminate competition is great news
to me.  I used TaxAct twice now to file taxes, and although I found more
minor oversights for accessibility this year than the first year, the
software is overall very nicely accessible.  I hope it can stay that
way.
