[gui-talk] microsoft question

Mike,

you guys apparently have had different experiences than I have had with Best Buy, so I need to bow out on this one.  
Sorry for any confusion I may have caused.  I could not get Best Buy to do much of anything without involving the 
Geek Squad and paying extra.  I did have some computer problems after the sale, though, and they were very helpful 
with that so my experience was not all bad by any means.
