[gui-talk] number of lines in word2007

Allen,

I don't know of a way to get the number of lines on a page, but I do
know how you can find out the line number you're on within the page -
which is the same thing if you're on the last line of the page - and the
number of lines in the document.

For the line number you're on, you need to configure the status line,
which is what JAWS reads with insert+numpad 3. To do this, press F6 from
your document, and then Shift + F10 to get a list of things you can have
on the status line. One of these is line number. When you've got to it,
press Space or Enter to toggle the setting, then Escape to leave the
list - your setting changes will still be remembered. Next time you read
the status line, it will include the current line number.

For the number of lines in the document, you open the Word count
dialogue. The keytips for this are Alt, R, W. You can either wait for
JAWS to read out the whole dialogue - the number of lines is near the
bottom - or you can virtualise the dialogue with Alt+Insert+W and arrow
to it.

Subject: [gui-talk] number of lines in word2007

Hello,

Is there a Word2007 hot key or Jaws12 command for getting the number of
lines of text on the page. You can get the page number and word count
by pressing insert+numpad 3 but not number of lines.

Thanks

Sincerely,
