[gui-talk] Conversion of Inaccessible PDF Files

I will be receiving a pdf document containing tables that I believe will not
be accessible with any screen reader.  It's from a financial adviser who
believes her software cannot modify this document.  Can someone send info as
to the service that will convert this document?  Is this my best option
since the investment company apparently cannot address this issue?  Thanks
for the assist.
