[gui-talk] Software Installations in Windows 7

Of course, if it is a file with an extension that makes it executable, one can just navigate to it with Windows Explorer 
and press ENTER.  If for some reason that doesn't work, one can get additional options by pressing the 
"applications" key and something there might work.
