If you missed the announcement of the GW Insider, we have posted the
original announcement below:

Thank you to all of our loyal GW Micro customers. We highly value all
of you and wish you the best during the holiday season.

In the spirit of giving, GW Micro would like to offer you a free gift.
In 2011, we are offering a new live webinar called The GW Insider. The
GW Insider will focus on people who have overcome severe challenges
related to employment, disability, and other issues. Almost all of us
who use assistive technology have experienced setbacks due to living in
a world of people who don’t understand what it means to be disabled. GW
Micro wants to give back by bringing you a series of remarkable
individuals who have persevered in the face of adversity. Our hope is
that you will be able to hear these positive and inspiring stories, and
use them to help you in your own life.

The first installment of The GW Insider will be on January 19, 2011 at
2 P.M. Eastern time. If you can’t make it, don’t worry, because the
show will be recorded so that you can download or stream it from our
site. The GW Insider will feature guests such as Mettco Sabic
(www.mettcosabic.com), a medic in the Bosnian Army who was shot in the
head by a sniper and instantly blinded while administering aid to a
wounded soldier. Mettco later came to America where he could be
anything he wanted to be, and now runs a successful business, wrote his
own book, and speaks to many organizations about his experience.

The first episode will feature Raquel O’Neill. Raquel, a resident of
Las Vegas, has become an inspiration to many in her own community.
Raquel has taken her blindness, and helped others along the way by
being a transition counselor for high school students with disabilities,
vocational rehabilitation counselor for the blind, assistive technology
instructor, and now a disability specialist for the College of Southern
Nevada. Come and learn how Raquel forged ahead, and became successful
at everything she wanted to do in life. The GW Insider is interactive,
and there will be time for questions from participants. However, space
is limited, and you will be given a spot based on a first come, first
served basis.

To be a part of this first, very special episode of The GW Insider, you
will need to go to www.gwmicro.com/meeting. You will need high-speed
Internet access to enter the meeting, as well as speakers. If you want
to ask questions, it is best if you have a microphone. The Talking
Communities software will be used, so if you have technical questions
regarding the software, please call Talking Communities at (262)
456-5911. More details on usernames and passwords will be forthcoming.

Come and join us for this new and exciting opportunity, and we wish you
all the best in 2011!
