[gui-talk] Google Search Settings Page No Longer Accessible

google isn't identical in all locations around the World.  The reason for 
that is it's a distributed system and the code on the actual part of that 
distributed system is a copy made at some time earlier from a google 
mirror.  That may be why I got the message about screen reader users and 
acted upon it when it came up for the second connect to the google.com 
site.  I was surprised that it would come up at all in the first place 
since I still don't know what instant google is.On Wed, 14 Dec 2011,
