[gui-talk] Google Search Settings Page No Longer Accessible

I can hear the whole google page spoken when I open google chrome up with 
nvda.  It's a very secure browser too.  The jaws 12 and jaws 13 users in 
the jaws group are likely to have the most luck with google chrome since 
google did most of its work to get that accessible.  Three years ago the 
adverse reviews about google chrome were well-deserved but things change 
with time.  T.V. Raman is one of the people working at GooglePlex
