[gui-talk] About Microsoft fixit

I haven't answered my own question yet and may not but if you put the words
Microsoft and Fixit into Google, the first search result is to the
"Microsoft Fixit Resolution Center" where one can select what one is trying
to fix and it would appear that programs dealing with specific problems are
downloaded/run to assist in the fixing process.

Ok, here is the info from the Microsoft site, from the horse's mouth itself,
as it were. Seems like it is a general system fixing program and does not
just fix sound issues. I quote the info below:
