[gui-talk] help getting extra voices for Windows version of Blio

Thanks for the tip about getting voices from nextup.com.  I got the Heather 
voice, along with the TextAloud program, which they said I needed in order 
for the voice to work.  I downloaded and installed both of them but, when 
when I launch Blio and get into the speech settings, Heather doesn't show up 
as one of the choices.  What do I do?  Would a few helpful tips be 
sufficient, or do I need to call some kind of tech support or call my local 
computer guy?  Of course, I can always make do with those Microsoft voices, 
but I'd sure prefer good old Heather.  Any help would be much appreciated.
