[gui-talk] say blank lines

When writing in Wordpad and you wish to check the letter for errors such as
extra blank lines. There used to be a setting so the screen reader would
say, "blank" when it came to a blank line so that if there were extra blank
lines you could delete them.    

Can't find any info anywhere on the question.

Can you be a little more specific? Which screen reader are you running?
Which version of windows? 32 or 64 bit? what are you trying to accomplish?
