[gui-talk] Removing Microsoft Mike and Mary, can you help?

Those Microsoft voices only take up a few megabytes.  I don't think it's
worth the trouble to remove them.  But maybe they would show up under
Control Panel, Speech.  If your friend is running Window-Eyes, they might
show up in the list of SAPI synthesizers, along with Microsoft Ana that
comes with Win 7.
