Hi all,

You can fully navigate your iOS iPHone/touch with VoiceOver from your
Bluetooth keyboard using QuickNav as found within VoiceOver on the Mac:
move by item, move by rotor setting, change rotor setting, and perform
action (select item): you can also move to the status line, activate
the Home button, and bring up VoiceOver keyboard help..

QuickNav controls on BT keyboard
Left/Right arrow QuickNav toggle, (on/off)
Up/Right or Up/Left: move by rotor setting,
Up or down: move by rotor setting,
UP/Down: perform action (select item), and
Left or right move by item.

You also Have:
Control+Option+H: activate the Home button,
Control+Option+M: status menu, and
Control+Option+K: keyboard help (i.e. practise gestures panel/plus QWERTY keyboard controls).

This is yet another game changer as it gives both Braille or standard
QWERTY navigation to the iOS opening it more up to those blind folks
that find it hard to use a touch screen.
