[gui-talk] Internet Explorer Startup Question

I haven't figured out how to do that except that if you run IE from a 
command line and specify a URL on the command line, focus will be on the 
page.

At one time, I remember seeing something in JAWS caveats about this but in 
the end decided that this was actually desired behavior albeit not that 
which we are used to in that when IE comes up, one is set to type in a URL. 
Just hit Shift-F6 once and you're where you want to be.
