I just posted version 1.9 of my Script Active script to Script Central.

I added support for getting help through the Window-Eyes script menu. 
I also removed a delay which seems to be unnecessary. The help from the
script follows:
 
Press Control-Alt-Shift-N to see a list of active scripts loaded after
the initial launch of the Script. The active program module name,
active set file name, and any associated scripts will also be given.
The information is placed in a message box. The default button will
copy the report to the clipboard and close the script. To close the
message box without copying to the clipboard, press the close button or
escape. Note that this script, (ScriptActive), is excluded from the
list of newly active scripts by design.
